Here are the presets from MasterVerb 4 is you wish to import them into MasterVerb 5:

http://wavearts.com/presets/MV4Presets.txt

Simply download the file and use the Import command in the Tools menu in MasterVerb 5. Be careful to NOT replace the existing presets if you have your own already saved (you have the option to REPLACE or MERGE).
