Problem w/ 5.1 Trackplug5 when used w/ Digital Performer 5.0 - I recently installed the latest version of trackplug - now when used as a plugin, DP responds w/ a message that an audio loop has been created and the output of the affected audio track is no longer sent to the designated outputs.  If I use Multidynamics5 I don’t have any problems.  Please note that I didn’t have this problem w/ the previous version of Trackplug.  thanks

Do you happen to be using the sidechain functionality?  Just to see if it solves the problem, try setting the MAS sidechain channel (under the Tools menu) to some unused bus number and see if the error goes away.

Thanks for the info - I inserted TrackPlug and re-set the MAS sidechain bus.  It apparently defaults to Bus1 which I was already using.  Do you know if WaveArts changed something in their update which caused this problem? What will probably do in the future not assign bus1 in my work as a means of avoiding this. problem.  Again, many thanks.  Greg Jones

I think this is something we can do on our end to fix in another update… the sidechain may still be running in the background even if you haven’t set external sidechain in TrackPlug… this problem would be specific to MAS, I’ll look into fixing it.
