Hi folks,

I thought I would get some preset sharing started.  These are the old presets from TrackPlug 4 which can be imported into TrackPlug 5.

Simply download the file and use the Import command in the Tools menu in TrackPlug 5.  Be careful to NOT replace the existing presets if you have your own already saved (you have the option to REPLACE or MERGE).

If you want to share your own presets, you can do so here… the presets are saved in a simple text format, and you can copy and paste them to a topic in this forum (you can either find the global preset file on your computer by looking in:

/Application Support/Wave Arts/(plug-in name) on Mac
/Program Files/Wave Arts/(plug-in name) on PC, wherever you chose to install

and copying from there, or within the plug-in use Export in the Tools menu to create a new text file somewhere else on your computer, which you can email to me and I will put it on the server.  It would also be helpful to include a description of the presets you are uploading. 

Here is what a preset looks like in one of these text files:

Then when a user wants to use a preset that is found here, they can cut and paste it into their global preset file, or download the text file (I will provde a URL) and use Import in the plug-in Tools menu.
