Hi Wavarts,

I use TrackPlug 5 v5.35 VST in Cubase Studio 4 on a PC.

When I start a Cubase project, in which I use the TrackPlug-Plugin, the following error message pops up: “Could not create new User preset file”.

If I use TrackPlug in several channels, the error message shows up so often as I uses the Plugin.

What should I do?

What version of Windows are you using?

Are you running Windows as user or administrator mode?

Now I am running Windows with administrative rights and the problem is solved. Thank you anyway.
