Multidynamics: auto save bug in cubase?

I have had this problem since I tried the demo, but whenever I have auto save enabled in cubase sx 2 AND multi dynamics on ANY insert, playback is interupted briefly on the interval set in auto save. In other words, when it saves it glitches:(
So far, no other plugins exibit this behaviour. It is un-nerving to my clients as they listen to a mix then ever 6 minutes it drops out. they think the song is jacked up until I explain.
I disabled auto save because of this, but recently lost an hours worth of mixing because of a storm I was unaware was going on outside, so I enabled it once again only to be reminded of why I disabled it in the first place.
If there is any way to check this to make sure it is not just my setup I would greatly apreciate it!!!

system:
2.4ghz P4 533FSB
Asus P4PE MoBo
1 gig ram
Matrox G450 dual head graphics
cubase SX 2.2b39
2x Uad-1
RME HDSP 9652

Thanks for the report, I will look into it and see what I can find… do you have any other Wave Arts plug-ins and does it happen with all of them?

Thanks Rob!
No I don’t have any other wave arts plugs at the moment. I’ll look and see if there is a demo I havent tried yet and see if that does it as well.

Hey Rob,
I have tried all the demos months ago, so I have no way of testing if the others do it as well :(
Have you been able to test for this behaviour as yet?

Well I guess with the release of MD5, development of MD4 is over? So I guess the question still remains… Can you reproduce this behavior? And if so, is it still an issue with MD5?

I just tried this with our v4 plug-ins and was able to reproduce the problem (not just MD).  It also seemed to happen in MD 5, as well as other non-Wave Arts plug-ins.  It only went away when no plug-ins were active. Anyways, I’ll see what I can find out.
