ConvologyXT v1.20 is causing problems on Windows with non-English localization settings?
ConvologyXT v1.20 included a fix to allow IR filenames to include non-ASCII characters on Windows. This fix changes the C runtime localization setting to UTF-8 but does not restore it to its original setting after opening the file. This seems to cause havoc on systems with non-English localization settings. Users have reported session corruption, other plugs fail to load, etc. The only workaround is to use v1.18 or set language to US-English.
