Wave Arts and Impulse Record collaborated on the development of ConvologyXT, Wave Arts wrote the plug-in, and Impulse Record provided the IRs. The product is primarily branded as an Impulse Record product, hence the plug-in and library downloads and storefront are hosted on the Impulse Record web site www.impulserecord.com. The installers and plug-in binaries are signed by Wave Arts. Wave Arts also provides the registration system, so if you need to register offline, you use the Wave Arts registration page. Impulse Record provides first line customer support, technical issues are forwarded to Wave Arts.
